Racking


SELECTIVE The most common and versatile racking, provides efficient use of space and immediate access to every load stored.	DOUBLE DEEP A higher density storage system than selective, basically constructed of selective rack components set up two pallets deep. Requires a double deep reach truck to access the rear pallet.

PUSH-BACK A high density storage system that allows pallets to be stored two, three or four deep using telescoping carriages. Reduces picking time in high throughput operations.	DRIVE-IN A high density storage system that stores pallets two or more deep. Pallets are supported by rails on each side of the bay which requires consistent width and suitable pallets.

PALLET FLOW A First-In/First-Out high density storage system in which pallets are loaded from one end and picked on the other end.	STACKING Individual frames in various designs to accommodate all types of products. When dot in use they can be stored nested or disassembled to free up floor space.

CARTON FLOW Designed to enhance your picking operations these gravity feed racks can be configured for full case or split case picking. Also available with Pick-To Light systems.	BULK STORAGE Various designs for storage of bulky items which are hand picked and stocked.

CANTILEVER Typically used to store long items like pipes and bars, but also used commonly for furniture.	ROLL-OUT A rack which has shelves which pull out to provide access to the product. Products can be retrieved by hand, forklift, overhead crane and other methods.
